Legality of use of the articles

The services provided by Foxy Bingo are only available to persons over the age of 18 (or above, depending on the jurisdiction) and only in those countries where it is legal. Users confirm that they are not in the USA, Poland, or German lands where online gaming is prohibited. The platform may request age confirmation, and the account may be suspended before it is provided. The user is also solely responsible for complying with the laws of their country. Access to services may be restricted in some regions.

Players can use the services only after successful verification of their identity. This may require the provision of an identity card and proof of address. Foxy Bingo reserves the right to request additional documents and suspend operations until verification is completed. If the verification is not successful, the account may be closed and the balance retained until the process is completed.

Termination of account

The user has the right to close his account and terminate the agreements by notifying the company 7 days in advance, withdrawing the entire balance, and sending a letter or email. The company will respond within a reasonable time, but the user remains responsible for all actions on his account until it is closed. Foxy Bingo takes responsible gaming seriously. If the user wants to close the account for this reason, they can write to the email address, and the company will try to close the account as soon as possible.

Self-exclusion

Foxy Bingo offers a self-exclusion service for users who believe their gambling is out of control. The user can request temporary cooling off, self-exclusion, or indefinite self-exclusion through the website using the responsible game feature in their account. When using these tools, no fee will be charged for an inactive account, and the account balance will be refunded to the user.

Self-exclusion requires joint efforts on the part of the company and the user. The Company will take reasonable measures to prevent the user from reopening the account, however, during the exclusion period, the user should not attempt to open a new account. If the user violates this condition, the company has the right to suspend any funds deposited into the new account.

Limitations and exceptions

Foxy Bingo is not responsible for attempts to misuse the services and is not obligated to provide backup networks or systems. The services will be provided with reasonable care, but no additional promises or guarantees are given.

The company’s maximum liability to the user or third parties is limited to the amount paid by the user for bets, fees, and/or commissions during the last twelve months related to the specific service for which the liability arose.

Nothing in the agreements excludes the company’s liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. If any part of the agreement is found to be illegal or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
